Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be delighted with your decorative items. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy.

1. Return & Exchange Window
You may initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery for items in new, unused, and original condition with all packaging and tags intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene or safety reasons:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."

  • Custom-made, assembled, or personalized products.

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse, improper assembly, or accidental breakage.

  • Opened or used artificial flowers (due to the inability to restock).

3. Return Process

  • Initiation: Please contact customer service to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before sending anything back.

  • Packaging: Items must be securely packed in their original packaging to prevent damage during return transit. Fragile items like vases and flower shelves must be specially protected.

  • Shipping & Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as we are not liable for return shipments lost in transit.

  • Refunds: After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process an approved refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges
To exchange for a different item, please follow the standard return process to return the original item. Once the return is received, you may place a new order for the desired product. If the new item's price differs, the balance will be charged or refunded accordingly.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order promptly upon receipt. If any item (especially fragile pieces like vases or shelves) is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide photos/videos clearly showing the issue and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement, refund, or prepaid return label as appropriate.
